My name is Olivia Austermiller and I am a Graphic Designer located in the Indianapolis area. My passion for this field started at a very young age. Growing up, I always enjoyed keeping busy with my hands and making use of the creative mind I have. I would always be drawing, sketching ,and filling up many different sketchbooks. As I got older, I really started to think about how I could turn the skills and passion I have into something bigger. Something I could pursue as a lifelong career. Thats when I set my mind on graphic design. I had a drive inside me and made it my goal to pursue this as my career. That same passion still burns into me today as I am constantly seeking to get better and hone me skills.

I am currently a graduating student from Ivy Tech Indianapolis with an Associate of Applied Science In Visual Communications. I am still constantly working to expand my portfolio and take on challenging projects. Currently, I am looking for a position in my field where I am able to learn, grow, and develop my graphic skills further while getting experience in this field. My overall goal is to gain a couple years of work experience and hopefully go back for my bachelors.

In my free time between projects, I enjoy various activities. Throughout the spring, summer, and fall, I enjoy skateboarding and going to roller rinks. While in the winter, ice skating consumes my time. I also love seeing movies in theaters, binge-watching Netflix, taking naps, and getting my hands on any slushy or snow cone I can find!
